2M Group of Companies is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Sanchez Carrillo as the new Managing Director of Laboratorios Prady Normapiel. He officially took up the role on 1 May 2026.
This change marks the beginning of a new phase for the company, supported by a strategic plan focused on international expansion, strengthening the organisational structure, driving digitalisation and new technologies, improving operational efficiency, and promoting R&D&I, with the aim of generating growth that ensures the company’s long-term development and consolidation.
Since joining Laboratorios Prady in 2014, Martin Sanchez has developed a significant part of his career within the company, gaining in-depth knowledge of the business and its key areas.
During this time, he has held responsibilities across functions including purchasing, sales, and human resources, broadening his experience in team leadership and building a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operational, commercial, and management processes.
As Deputy General Manager, he has played an active role in leading and transforming the business, driving initiatives to improve operational efficiency, strengthen the organisational structure, and support international development.
This appointment is the result of an internal evolution process developed over the past three years to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of the company’s business project.
In this new phase, Juan Cremades will remain involved as Founder in a non-executive capacity, contributing his experience and knowledge while supporting the company’s continued growth and evolution.
