Brief description of the project or action: The objective of this investment has been the acquisition of a series of new industrial equipment for the automation of one of the air freshener lines, consisting of an Automatic Case Erector, a Case Packer with Gantry Robot, a Fixed-format Case Sealer, a Limitronic V5 Coder, and a Palletizing System. All of this has allowed the company, on the one hand, to carry out a reconfiguration of the air freshener line to enable automatic case packing and the automation of palletizing, thus increasing the production rate. On the other hand, it has enabled a reduction in operating costs by reducing reliance on labor, minimizing material waste, and optimizing resources. Finally, thanks to these assets, greater precision and consistency in production have been achieved, ensuring that each batch meets the same quality standards, allowing for high flexibility and adaptability, with the possibility of reprogramming and adjustment to produce different products or variants, thereby also responding to diverse market demands.
